Tuesday’s Tool’s of the Trade - Kitchen I like having my iPad in the kitchen to look up recipes, tips, and nutritional information and to right all my recipes down as I experiment and create.  In Vancouver I live in a small apartment and although I expended my counter top area a couple years ago I still have very limited counter space and once you start pulling out food processors, Vita-Mix, mixing bowls…..that space gets used up quickly leaving little space for my iPad to stand. I thought getting it off the counter and on to the wall would be best then it would be easy to see and away from spills and the invertible mess I seem to make. I searched around the internet to find the best iPad stand and after reading tons of reviews and checking out different styles and models I decided to get the Just Mobile Horizon wall mount for iPad. It’s very minimal design blends in well in the kitchen.  My iPad easily snaps in and out of but stays firmly in this sturdy holder. High-res

Tuesday’s Tool’s of the Trade - Food Prep

Having my iPad handy in the kitchen is essential as I have all my favorite recipes on my iPad, and any new recipes I create as well. Using my magnetic mac cover was ok but I really needed a stand that holds it firmly in place and stands like a book so I can read my recipes as I go along. Searching my favorite website, Etsy I came across the perfect stand from SchuttenWorks. A simple but clean design made out of wood it holds my iPad vertically or horizontally and you can choose either a 20 or 30 degree angles.
